On Wednesday I bought some delicous shrimps. The "fishman" knows me meanwhile and suggested to buy the last two pounds he had because there will be a shrimps-shortage until end of May.

Therefore we had pasta with shrimps on Thursday and salad with shrimp today. I was lucky and got some coctail tomatoes at the market.



I made a dressing with white balsamic vinnegar and Dijon mustard.
